While Link does not accept insurance directly, depending on your insurance provider it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. To better understand your unique benefits package and reimbursement options, please contact your provider directly.

Some questions Link recommend’s to ask your insurance provider are below:

• Do I have out-of-network benefits to see a licensed psychologist?
• If so, what percentage of these sessions do you cover?
• What is the deductible and how much of the deductible have I met?
• Is there a session limit?
• If so, how many and in what time period?
• Do I need pre-authorization?
• How can I access the necessary forms to submit for reimbursement?
• When can I expect to receive my reimbursement following submission?
